The Social Network is a forum for articulation and congregation of efforts based on the free adhesion of local and non-profit public or private entities with a view to eradicating or alleviating poverty and exclusion and promoting social development. The aim is to promote the training of a collective awareness of social problems and to contribute to the activation of the means and response agents and to the possible optimization of the means of action at the local level.
What is proposed is for each community to create new ways of combining efforts, to advance in the definition of priorities and, in short, to plan in an integrated and integrated way the collective effort through the constitution of a new type of partnership between public entities and private companies with intervention in the same territories. This partnership is based on equality between the partners, on the consensus of the objectives and on the adjustment of the actions carried out by the different local agents.
