It is of the responsibility of the CLAS/C partners:
a) To adopt its internal regulations;
b) To constitute the executive nucleus;
c) To create thematic working groups, whenever considered necessary for the treatment of specific subjects;
d) To encourage coordination between public bodies and private entities, aiming at a concerted action in the prevention and resolution of local problems of social exclusion and poverty;
e) To promote and guarantee the participation of the social diagnosis, of the social development plan and the annual action plans;
f) To approve and disseminate the social diagnosis and the social development plan, as well as the respective annual action plans;
g) To promote the participation of the partners and to provide all the necessary information for the correct updating of the national information system to be made available by the Institute of Social Security, IP;
h) To advocate and deliberate on any opinion issued by the executive nucleus;
i) To take cognizance of protocols and agreements concluded between the State, the municipalities, charity institutions and other entities acting in the municipality;
j) To consider the issues and proposals presented by the CSF or by other entities and to seek the necessary solutions through the participation of competent entities represented or not in CLAS;
l) To periodically evaluate the implementation of the social development plan and the action plans;
m) To promote information and training actions and other initiatives aimed at a better collective awareness of social problems;
n) To submit to the decision of the competent entities the questions and proposals that do not fall within its area of intervention.
