Social Card (for Large Families):

The “Large Family” is that composed by the family nucleus constituted of: spouse or person who has been living together (with another) for more than one year and respective children, relatives of age 25 or less, others of age of 25 or less, under guardianship minors entrusted by judicial decision or by a Commission of Protection of Children and Young People. (1)

In any case, the family nucleus must cover at least 3 people under the 25 years of age.

Documentation Required:

 

Proof of Residence:

– Certificate of Residence issued by the President of the parish council;

Proof of Conjugality:

– Short Birth Certificate of 1 of the elements of the couple;

Proof of Marriage in Fact (that has lasted for more than a year):

– Certificate of the Parish council stating that the couple lives together for more than a year;

– Declaration of honor from both members of the marriage in fact, that the union has lasted for more than a year

 

Proof of Kinship:

– Short birth certificate of the householder in question;

 

Proof of Guardianship:

Minor’s short birth certificate or updated certificate of the judicial sentence;

 

Proof of Measurement of Promotion and Protection:

– Agreement for the Promotion and Protection or updated certificate of the judicial sentence (with its validity conditional to the validity of the measurement itself);

 

Proof in the case of Administrative Confidence:

– Certificate issued by the office of Social Security (in accordance with the provisions of article 8th, no. 6, paragraph c), of the Dec. Law no. 185/93 of 22nd May).

 

Proof of Judicial Custody:

– Minor’s short birth certificate or updated certificate of the judicial sentence;

 

(1) Minors whose adoption process has already been initiated (administrative or judicial custody) will be covered

(2) In the case of a measurement for a future adoption, proof of the short birth certificate is necessary.
