Inaugurated on the 17th of November of 2002, his designation should be given to the international soccer player Sérgio Conceição. It was the home of the AAC / OAF when the City Stadium of Coimbra was built. During the current year, it was the stage of the rise of CFUC (C.F União de Coimbra Hall) to the 3rd National division. He is currently receiving the 1st Division of the National Rugby Championship and will be one of the scenarios for the European Sub/19 Rugby Championship in October. It also receives football matches for seniors and training classes. Here is also held the training of the various AFC teams.
Characteristics:
With a total area of 21 700 m2, it is structured on four floors, having heating room, press conference rooms, training, press offices and cabins. It has the capacity to receive about 2500 spectators with the comfort of individualized chairs. It has the conditions for the televising of the games. It has 4 changing rooms which allows the reception of several teams at the same time, it has a medical office, as well as a police and firefighters room.
The natural turf allows the practice of football and rugby.
