It is located on the slope of Santa Clara, from where you can see the Choupal, the Lapa dos Esteios, the Quinta das Lágrimas, the river course along the city, as well as the Alta [uptown] and the Baixa [downtown]. The city unfolds before the visitor’s eyes like a live postcard. Here can also be found a painted tile panel, depicting its own panorama with detail and explanatory caption.
